We are essentially a cabling contractor who’s core business is cable removal, and who you pay with the product that we remove from your ceilings.
In business since 2003 as a consultant to cabling contractors, we began providing abatement services in August 2005, driven by the ‘02 & ’05 NEC addressing abandoned cable.
In 2002, the National Electric Code 800.2 defined abandoned cable as “installed communications cable that is not terminated at both ends at a connector or other equipment and not identified for future use with a tag”.
Again in 2005, the NEC raised the stakes with 800.52 stating that “the accessible portions of abandoned communications cable shall be removed”.
We have a spotless reputation in the Colorado market and many exclusive agreements with Property Management companies.
